Terms of service

Last updated: October 9, 2026

The service

MetaBreakers gives you research, projections, ownership estimates and lineup-building tools for daily fantasy sports. It is an information tool. It does not enter contests for you and does not guarantee winnings. Past results don't predict future results.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older (or the legal DFS age in your state, if it is higher) and use MetaBreakers only where daily fantasy sports are legal for you. You are responsible for following DraftKings' rules and the law where you live.

Not affiliated

MetaBreakers is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DraftKings, any sports league, or any sportsbook. Team and player names are used only to describe real games.

Your account

Keep your login private and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Your uploads

You may upload only contest files you have access to. By uploading, you allow us to use them to run and improve MetaBreakers, including combining them into overall statistics as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't copy or resell our projections or data in bulk, scrape the site, try to break its security, or use it to build a competing product.

Ownership

The site, models and content belong to MetaBreakers. Your lineups and uploads stay yours.

No warranty; limits on liability

The service is provided "as is." Projections and estimates can be wrong, data can be late, and the site can go down. To the extent the law allows, MetaBreakers isn't liable for contest losses or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Responsible play

Play within your means. If fantasy sports or gambling stop being fun, help is available at 1-800-GAMBLER.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email you about meaningful changes. You can stop using MetaBreakers any time. We may end access for violations of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
